At the J. Vrola Meat Company we offer full portion control services on all the products we sell.Whether it's individually cryo-vac’d airline breast, or bulk packed center cut strip steaks, we do our best to accommodate your order.

We take pride in being a leading purveyor of fine meats and provisions therefore; we choose only the freshest products available. The majority of our inventory is received and delivered within a 24 hour period and all of our cut product is cut within a 12 hour period.
