Valentine’s Day is a day to remind the ones you love just how much they mean to you. Some do this with presents and chocolate others do this with romantic dinners for two.
At J. Vrola Meats we like to celebrate Valentine’s Day by giving our customers a variety of items to make each Valentine’s Day meal special.
Perhaps you’re looking for a certain cut of meat that would be perfect for two people to enjoy together. Vrola Meats offers a generous porterhouse steak for two. This steak is cut from the short loin which includes both the strip steak and the tenderloin. Each porterhouse is cut to your specific ounce specifications. This item is also available dry aged. Our dry aged beef is aged right here in our own state of the art dry aging room. Our beef is aged between 7-28 days.
Another popular item for Valentine’s Day is the beef tenderloin otherwise known as the filet mignon steak. Our prime filet mignon steaks are cut from the center of the prime tenderloin which ensures both its taste and quality. These steaks can be prepared in various ways and also look great accompanied with a lobster tail or grilled prawns.
Veal is another item that can be presented elegantly for Valentine’s Day. Vrola Meat’s offers a succulent frenched veal chop. This particular item is often used in fine dining restaurants and works well as a special for Valentine’s Day. All of our veal is locally raised and formula fed.
